PURPOSE: To hold a microphone sterilizing and holding tool at an optimum position at all times to a related equipment by attaching respectively specified first-third attachment members even in respectively inverted states and changing the height position of an attachment position with an opposite member at the time. CONSTITUTION: An attachment helping channel plate 12 as the second attachment member to be freely attachably and detachably attached to the back surface wall of a housing 21 is fastened to the attachment helping channel plate 14 as the third attachment member to be attached to the front end of an attachment helping plate 11 as the first attachment member to be inserted so as to be held between the display 10 of a KARAOKE (orchestration without lyrics) equipment and a mounting base 1 by using an attachment screw 13 which is a thumbscrew. Thus, attachment and fixing at the optimum height position near the front surface of the display 10 are made possible. In this case, the attachment helping plate 11, the attachment helping channel plate 12 and the attachment helping channel plate 14 can be attached in the inverted states respectively and the height position of the attachment position with the opposite member is changed at the time. |
