PURPOSE: To enable a stable travel to be performed and thus achieve a high printing quality even when mounted on an ink ribbon cassette having no driving rollers by allowing a wax ingredient and a modified silicone oil to be contained in a separation layer. CONSTITUTION: A paint for a separation layer is prepared by dispersing in a toluene solvent 80 pts. candelira wax (melting viscosity at 100 deg.C; 14cp, dripping point based on ASTE-D-3104: 720 deg.C), 10 pts. condensation reactive silicone oil, and 10 pts. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer by the use of a ball mill. Then, the paint for a separation layer is coated on a PET film (a base material sheet) having a thickness of 2.5μm with a silicone back coat applied thereon in the use of a wire bar coater, next, to be dried by a hot air drying machine at 80 deg.C for 60sec. for providing a separation layer having a thickness of 1.0μm. |
