PURPOSE: To enhance long-term durability and reliability of a solid electrolyte fuel cell(SOFC), and reduce manufacturing cost by a co-sintering method of a unit cell of a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A lanthanum strontium manganate type air electrode material is integrally arranged in a zirconia type solid electrolyte material. Stabilizing treatment is performed on the zirconia type solid electrolyte material by scandia, and Al2 Mn2 O4 is blended with it, and in an Mn ion in the air electrode material, solid-soluble diffusion into solid electrolyte is restrained by the Al2 Mn2 O4 existing in a grain boundary in the solid electrolyte. |
