CONSTITUTION: The flake of waste such as phenol resin heated to a predetermined temperature and supplied from a feeder 1 and pellet of polypropylene supplied from a feeder 2 are supplied at a predetermined ratio to a mixer 3, mixed and agitated. At this time, the pellet of the polypropylene is baked on the surface of the flake of the phenol resin waste, and the surface of the flake is coated with the melted polypropylene. Then, the mixed and agitated product of the mixer 3 is supplied to a heating cylinder 4, the polypropylene in the product is thermally softened, and it and the flake are press fed while kneading by a screw 5, fed to a plastic mold 6, and the plastic recycled article of desired shape is molded in the mold 6.</p> |
