PURPOSE: To enable starting, climbing and running with medium/high speed of a car in a fail state of electric control. CONSTITUTION: When fail in electric control during running of a car, a power source of a controller is switched OFF and operation of transmission control solenoids 5a and 5b is stopped. Hydraulic pressure in oil chambers 4a and 4b are kept constant. When hydraulic pressure in a hydraulic supply oil passage port 4k is increased in such a state, force in respect to the a spool 4g is increased upward, and the spool 4g is moved upward. A communication rate between the hydraulic supply oil passage port 4k and a discharge port 41 is increased, and hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic supply oil passage port 4k is reduced. When the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic supply oil passage port 4k is decreased, upward force in respect to the spool 4g is reduced. The spool 4g is moved downward. A communication rate between the hydraulic supply oil passage port 4k and a line pressure port 4c is increased, and hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic supply oil passage port 4k is increased. |
