FILLING OF FISH-PASTE PRODUCT

摘要

PURPOSE: To stably and surely fill pasty fish-paste product by measuring weight of the fish-paste product in a filling vessel and filling the fish-paste product into a product vessel by using a filled piece number into the product vessel as an index. CONSTITUTION: A raw material of a fish-paste product is filled into a filling vessel 1 through a weighing device Q and a raw material filling hopper 10 and a weight of the fish-paste product in the filling vessel is observed. A filled piece number into a product vessel 9 is measured according to the observed value and a total filling amount is calculated from the product of the filled piece number and a filling amount into a product vessel. In the filling process, the fish-paste product is filled into a product vessel with estimating a weight of the fish-paste product remained in the filling vessel by a filled pieces number to the total filling pieces number as an index.
