PURPOSE: To reduce insertion loss and defective products by constituting IDT electrodes provided on a piezoelectric substrate of a solid electrode part, and a split electrode part having the electrode finger width ofλ/8 [λ=wavelength of surface acoustic wave (SAW)] and continuously provided at one end of the solid electrode part in a SAW propagating direction. CONSTITUTION: IDT electrode 4 consisting of one SAW converter 2 is constituted of regular solid electrodes, electrode fingers 6 of respective comb line electrodes 5A and 5B alternately cross one by one and cross width h1 is not fluctuated. IDT electrodes 7 consisting of another SAW converter 3 are constituted by mutually connecting regular solid electrodes 7a and 7b. The electrodes 7 are constituted of comb line electrodes 8A and 8B arranged while facing each other, and their electrode fingers 9 alternately cross. Then, cross width h2 for the respective electrode fingers 9a of the solid electrode part 7a is not fluctuated but made equal to the cross width h1 and further, electrode finger width j2 and an electrode finger internal i2 of respective electrode fingers 9 a are set toλ/4.
