PURPOSE: To provide a laminated low heat conductive material wherein a different layer is laminated in a crystal structure to make high strength, and phonon dispersion on an interface of the different layer is generated to reduce heat conductivity. CONSTITUTION: In the laminated low heat conductive material, adjacent two layers 5, 6 amounts and/or kinds of which are different in a crystal structure, component and solid solution are alternately laminated by at least 6 layers per 1mm, amounts of α-Si3 N4 and β-Si3 N4 in the adjacent layers 5, 6 are different, and the layers 5, 6 contain pores by at least 10%. |
