PURPOSE: To provide an auxiliary sheet for ultrasonic diagnosis which has high water absorbing capacity and extremely small eluting quantity into water, by forming an auxiliary sheet for ultrasonic diagnosis by using a water absorbing sheet which has a main component of a water absorbing high-molecular compound which is composed of a repeated unit expressed by a specified formula. CONSTITUTION: This auxiliary sheet for ultrasonic diagnosis which is used so that air membrane is not present between an ultrasonic probe and body surface is formed out of a water absorbing sheet which has a main component of a repeated unit which is composed of a water absorbing high-molecular expressed by a formula I, in the ultrasonic diagnosis. Here in the formula I, (A) is composed of the compounds expressed in the formula II and III, and their coupled form is expressed by the formula IV, wherein m, n, p are positive numbers of 1 or more, and weight ratio calculated by the repeated numbers m, n, p is set as 44(m+p)/72n=8/2-9/1. Also, X is a residue of an organic compound having two active hydrogen groups, and R2 is a dicarboxylate compound group. |
