PURPOSE: To enable the simple processing of audio signals of plural channels without using plural interruption signals even with an audio signal processor having a single CPU, etc. CONSTITUTION: Relative offsets are generated in a relative offset generator 10 by the reproducing offset data of the reproducing encoding strings extracted by an offset extractor 9 and the reference offset data generated by a reference block pulse generator 11. The audio signals in a memory circuit 6 are controlled in reading out and are read out by these relative offset and are encoded by an encoding device 7. The audio signals are added with the offset in an offset adder 13 via a memory circuit 8 and are thereafter outputted. |
