PURPOSE: To lengthen the interval of maintenances of a valve block by so constituting that the mating surface positions provided with the block is lower than the position deflected above at a predetermined length. CONSTITUTION: The mating surface positions mounted with a valve block 1d are disposed lower than the position deflected above in a predetermined length, and at the time of vulcanizing, the block 1d is brought into contact only with a rubber seal T2. Thus, even if tremble occurs at the block 1d while vulcanizing is repeated, a pinch flowing into the tremble position can be prevented, and the pinhole fault can be effectively prevented. Since the pinhole fault can be prevented, scrap treatment due to the pinhole fault is eliminated, and hence the interval of the maintenances of the block can be lengthened, and the maintenance cost can be deleted. |
