The charger built in a shoe heel base employs the pressure, produced whenever the heel steps on the ground, to move permanent magnets reciprocatingly in and out induction coils to induce electric current, which is led via a charge circuit to a battery for charging. The heel base consists of three layers in integration, the upper layer housing induction coils, the lower one having magnets in a number to match that of the coils, and the intermediate layer being elastic to actuate the up and down movement of the magnet in and out the coils.
