The method of fermenting yogurt consists of the stages of ; a) checking whether the key was operated or not after the storing function was performed; b) turning on the fermenting heater(10) and sensing the temperature(TO) of the milk; c) checking the temperature rising value(Alpha=(TS-TO)/ts) by checking the elapsed time(ts) of reaching the predetermined temperature(TS); d) comparing the temperature rising value with the experimental value(X); e) ringing the alarm if Alpha is greater than X, performing the fermenting yogurt if Alpha is smaller than X; f) heating till the sensed temperature(TH) reaches the fermentation temperature(Te) and checking the elapsed time to reach Te; g) determining the intermittent heating time(tY) from the calculated fuzzy value(Beta); h) performing the storing function after tY.
