APPARATUS FOR FERMENTING AND PRESERVING KIMCHI

The apparatus is designed to ripen and preserve Kimchi for a long time by setting the temperature regardless of ambient temperature. The apparatus includes : a case (1) having a space section (1') and a shielding plate (2); inner tanks (4, 4') made of aluminium comprising a container (10) for preserving Kimchi; thermoelectric devices (6, 6'); and cooling fans (8, 8') for compulsory cooling a radiating plate (7).
