The method includes the steps of exposing fermentable food stuffs (S) at a predetermined temperature ranging from 0 deg.C. to 20 deg.C. in vacuum of 50 to 700 mmHg for causing fermentation, dissolving a carbon gas in the fermented food stuff in a storage tank (10), and packing the food stuff in a vacuum container.
