Swirler has four blades made in form of obtuse-angled triangles whose obtuse angles are inscribed in dihedral angles of parallelepiped; centers of bases pass through center of section of housing; angle of inclination of blades to plane perpendicular to axis of housing ranges from 30 to 40 deg; mounted above each blade is plate-reflector. EFFECT: simplified construction.
