FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is manufactured from biologically inert material and has penetrating holes in the wall. The device has fastening and covering members each having form of conjugated hollow cylinder and cone. The internal diameter of the covering member and external diameter of the fastening cover are equal to each other. The fastening member is attached to end of the traction conductor with its conic top portion. The wall of its cylindric portion is provided with a number of equidistant penetrating holes equidistant from the end face. The covering member has axial canal at the top of the conic portion with diameter equal to that of the traction conductor. External surface of the covering member is smooth, internal surface of its cylindric portion has circular groove at the same distance from the end face as holes in the fastening member wall. Equidistant longitudinal grooves are arranged over the internal surface of the covering member corresponding to a half of holes number. The grooves connect the circular groove with the free end face of the cylinder. EFFECT: improved conditions for conducting controlled traction.
