FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: bearing has outer and inner races. The ways of the races receive rolling bodies in one or some rows at an acute angle to the axis. The rolling bodies are made up as disks the thickness of which is less than its diameter. There is an opening at the center of the disks. The axle rigidly secured in the webs of the separator passes through this opening. The working surface of the disks is made over the radius of the cross-section. Each part of the disk is made up as a triangle having the radius top. The radius of the working surface of the disks is greater than the radius of the chamfering. The radius of the working surfaces of the ways is greater than the radius of the working surfaces of the disk. The disk openings are provided with ring or screw grooves. The number of the rows is a multiple of two. The rows are inclined to the axis and to another row at an acute angle to form the common top whose angle is equal to the sum of the angles of inclination of the rolling bodies and lies on the common race provided with two ways. The second race is made up as a base of an equidistant triangle with two ways the length of which is equal to the sum of the lengths of the base of the triangles for each row of the rolling bodies. The triangle base consists of two parts having ways. An adjusting member couples the base parts. EFFECT: improved design. |
