FIELD: thermocatalytic processing of sulfurous solid fuels. SUBSTANCE: alkylthiophenes contained in slate gasoline find use as a raw material for preparing drugs, herbicides and insecticides, fuel additives, antioxidants, rubber accelerators, and biologically active substances. In order to increase yield of 2-methylthiophene and thiophene in slate gasoline and to lower heat consumption in the process of vapor-gas mixture pyrolysis, sulfurous fuel is subjected to semicoking with a solid heat-carrier with subsequent pyrolysis of vapor-gas mixture obtained on a catalyst with specified composition at 550-575 C observing contact time 0.2 sec. EFFECT: increased yield of thiophene products. |
