FIELD: communication. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to communication equipment and is meant for provision of authenticity of messages sent over transmission lines. In agreement with proposed method digital signal b of signature is formed by way of raising of digital signal of original message A to secrete power s by modules m which is product of two secrete prime numbers p and q: B = Amod m.. Then digital signals of original message and signatures are sent to recipient and authenticity is checked by means of open key. As distinct from RSA method in proposed method value of secrete exponent s of power is chosen from relation ((s+x) e + y)mod ((p-1) (q-1)=z and mentioned check is carried out by formation of two testing values C and D: C = ((B•A)A)mod m,, D = Amod m,, where e is open exponent; x, y, z are specified numbers; Aand Bare correspondingly message and signature received over transmission line and by subsequent comparison of checking values between them. EFFECT: two-fold decrease of time required for formation of signature as compared with RSA method with same word size of key and same reliability. |
