FIELD: manual molding of perforated fuel briquettes with use of general-purpose vertical press as force unit. SUBSTANCE: freely located between die and supporting circular cross-section is bottom plate. Located inside support for longitudinal motion is plunger with pins cantilevers to it, which being displaceable are located in respective holes of bottom plate and punch. The length of projecting part of pins equals the sum of thickness of bottom plate, punch height and height of finished article-briquette. Plunger has socket with thread engageable with screw whose free end is located in hole of end wall of support and has nut with flywheel for engagement with screw and outer side of support wall. EFFECT: simplified design of die device in manual molding of briquettes and use for the purpose of standard press to speed up mastering of the process of molding briquettes in small quantities. 4 cl, 4 dwg |
