FIELD: rude oil recovery equipment. SUBSTANCE: walking beam of pumping unit has body and turnable head with mechanism provided with screw-nut pair preventing spontaneous turning of walking beam head when released and providing rigidity of head relative to walking beam body when pumping unit is operating. Nut of screw-nut pair is made for reciprocating. Nut has two blind slots made symmetrically relative to screw axis. Stops-axles get into slots prevent rotation of nut relative to screw. Screw is made for rotation. One end of screw is arranged in spherical bushing installed in joint which can rotate around its axis. Joints are fitted in rigidly secured supports, are installed on head and body of walking beam and are interconnected by screw. EFFECT: reduced labor input, improved convenience of servicing, enhanced safety. |
