FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pouring ladle with slide valve mounted in ladle bottom, vacuumizer conjugated with ladle bottom and provided with drain pipe disposed in its bottom, intermediate ladle with working chamber into which drain pipe is extending, pouring cups fixed in intermediate ladle bottom and extending into crystallizers, detachable vacuum pipeline communicated with vacuum pump. Annular shell attached to pouring ladle bottom is provided with flange and is in contact with vacuumizer throat end through sealing members. Shell has side opening through which tie-rod of slide valve drive is inserted. Annular channels made in flange body and in vacuumizer throat are communicated with supply and discharge pipelines, respectively. Detachment surfaces of movable and immovable part ends of vacuum pipeline are provided with flanges, which are in contact one with the other through sealing members. EFFECT: increased efficiency, stabilized process and increased strength of vacuumizer. |
