FIELD: devices for account and registration of discharge of movable matter. SUBSTANCE: device has case 1, impeller 6 and optical system. Blades of impeller 6 are straight and flat. Impeller itself rotates together with axis 5 resting against bearings 4 mounted onto partitions 2. Radiator 8 is placed at one side of the impeller and receivers 9 and 10 are placed at the other its side in such a manner that any regular passing blade 7 overlaps beams alternately for one receiver or for the other one. Radiator 8 and receivers 9 and 10 are disposed between partitions 2. EFFECT: high sensitivity; improved precision of measurement. |
