FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology, pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of protein-bound, free and oligo-bound sialic acids in saliva. Exacerbation of gastropathology is diagnosed at increase of content of free or oligo-bound sialic acids by 20-30-fold and remission is diagnosed at increase of content of proteic-bound sialic acids by 1.5-2-fold as compared with normal values. Method can be used for diagnosis of chronic gastritis in children. EFFECT: improved method of diagnosis. |
