FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tubular continuous cooling cryoapplicator unit with O-shaped cross-section and lateral hole in lumen of which electric knife provided with a feature for adjusting its protrusion distance outside the cryoapplicator boundary is mounted. Additional vacuum suction of cooling gas agent and cryoapplicator tube heating temperature control contribute to enhanced effectiveness in cooling tissues and moving cryoapplicator unit over tissues without overcooling tissues surrounding the cut. EFFECT: automatic control of cooling and heating modes; high speed and provided analgesia in separating tissue. |
