This invention pertains to the method of unpeeled groats production from wheat grains. It can be used in the food industry and on particular farms.The purpose of this invention is to obtain groats of optimum grain size as well as to enhance its nutritious value. In order to achieve this, at the beginning, soft or hard wheat of one kind is cleaned, graded, dried and then ground in a mill, the clearance between the cutting blades of which should be equal to one third of the size of an average grain. The grinding mill for groats contains the cylindrical body 1 with the rotor 2 in it, the cutting blades 3 positioned on both body and rotor at the angle of 3-10 degrees against their longitudinal axis, the loading device 4 with the flap 5, the unloading opening 6 fitted with gauging sifter 7. The grain feed is adjusted with the flap 5; meanwhile the outlet of the ready product - groats of a certain grain size - is adjusted with the gauging sifter 7.<IMAGE>
