FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has immovable plate 8, movable plate 10 retained by carriage 9 and pouring pipe 2. Melt flow rate is controlled by sliding plate 10 relative to plate 8. Pouring pipe 2 is fixed in opposed relation with respect to movable plate 10 strictly below pouring opening 27 of plate 10, which covers pouring opening 15. Pipe 2 is fixed in above mentioned position by means of devices 31 for pushing it upward. Devices 31 are connected with carriage 9. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced consumption of melt, enhanced reliability in operation. |
