FIELD: railway transport; road vehicles; sealing of shops, stores, warehouses, etc. SUBSTANCE: device has body with head, fixing member made in the form of two separate pieces with external conical surface corresponding to internal conical surface of body. Internal surface of fixing member has one-side bevelled teeth engaging with external surface of length of wire rope. Both ends are rigidly fixed. On one end of wire rope length either washer with cover or grip in the form of hook or ring is secured. All information required for sealing is applied to cover.
