FIELD: medicine, organophosphate compounds. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of bone mass increase in human or other mammalian with osteoporosis disease. Method involves 30 days treatment period based on administration of high effective phosphonate by the following schedule: a) systemic administration of proposed phosphonate at dose from 0.00001 mg P/kg to 0.1 mg P/kg per a day at condition that proposed compound is administrated at least for one day for indicated 30 days treatment period and b) after indicated 30 days treatment period the resting period can be at least for one day. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
