FIELD: manufacture of devices for individual protection of respiratory organs from harmful effect of various substances in the form of aerosols, particularly, devices for manufacture of respirator filter elements. SUBSTANCE: automatic machine includes baseplate, electromechanical drive, camshaft, working member in the form of die-punch system, mechanism for cutting-out of filter element with simultaneous fusing of its edges, device for thermoplasticity of material before its drawing in the form of tunnel heater additionally has drum, units for transportation of band of roll material to drawing position, unloading of ready-made articles and roll uncoiling. In this case, all members and mechanisms including working members in the form of die-punch system are united into single kinematic circuit interacting by cycles. Beginning of the cycle is ensured by periodic turning of fixed drum round immovable axis, dies and shoes are installed on drum periphery, and mechanism for unloading of finished articles is built inside the drum. So, in its turn, drum ensures operations of drawing of roll material band from loop to the position of drawing, withdrawal from under punch of die with finished articles, and bringing to punch of free die, unloading of finished article to the position of unloading. In so doing, periodic rotation of drum is effected through maltese-cross intermittent transmission driven by electro- mechanical drive and ensuring certain ratio of time of drum turning to time of its staying. EFFECT: higher efficiency due to sharp increase of labor productivity with reduced auxiliary time and automation of manufacture of filter elements by mechanization of manual operation and by covering the auxiliary time by machine time. |
