FIELD: devices for cleaning compressed gases from liquid in compressor plants, in pneumatic and steam drives in particular at presence of aggressive admixtures. SUBSTANCE: separation element consists of fixed horizontal housing, swirler and impeller consisting of shaft, set of blades and rim mounted inside housing for free rotation in bearings; mounted additionally in housing in zone of scattering of drops of separated condensate is condensate receiver; shaft of impeller is made in form of hollow tube whose inner surface is coated with antifriction material forming outer race for bearing; mounted inside tube immovably relative to housing is axle with inner races of hearing, system for supply of condensate which is used as lubricant of friction surfaces and system for removal of this condensate; additional condensate receiver is connected with condensate supply system through filter; condensate discharge system provides for free motion of condensate from inside of tube to impeller rim. During operation of separator, part of condensate enters additional condensate receiver of lubrication system and then enters (via filter) inlet hole of system supplying lubricant to friction surfaces of bearings. Used lubricant spreads over inner surface of coating 8 under action of centrifugal forces and is thrown into separator through condensate discharge system. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and durability including aggressive media at increased content of sulfur. |
