FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording non-temperature field and its comparing to some reference field distinguishable in that its proper coherent electromagnetic oscillations are used to describe endogenous and exogenous processes taking place in biological system in normal and pathological state at corresponding organization levels in biological medium in continuous range of biological frequencies generated at the level of resonance frequencies with following creation of static and dynamic image of an object both as a whole and layer by layer at the corresponding level of biological organization in spatial and temporal mode. Genetically conditioned normal background and relations with functional and pathologically significant anomalous phenomena are determined. Then it is stated, what level does the anomaly under study develop at, using decision making scale. The corresponding device has sensor unit having pickups, signal generator, information recording control unit, computer of the second level, computer networks of the upper level provided with expert system, medical experts working place and technical service and diagnosing in which sensor unit 1 is made in form of cylindric chamber. Analog memory units are additionally layer-by-layer connected in series, amplification and analog-to digital converter units with intelligent preparative signal processing system and commutators, digital memory circuits primary level supercomputers commutators forming primary parallel information channels connected to the corresponding transducers, are arranged continuously in two-dimensional matrix of cylindric form.
