FIELD: cleaning utensils, mainly pharmaceutical utensils. SUBSTANCE: inner and outer surfaces of utensils (with their necks downwards) are treated by jets of detergents and circulating and clean water under pressure. Flow rate is set at such level that entire volume of utensils (flask, for example) is filled with washing solution, air is evacuated and inner surface of utensils is treated by ultrasound with the aid of ultrasonic vibrator. Device for cleaning the utensils has washing chamber with tank, main circulating pump, outer washing manifold provided with jet heads and inner washing manifold provided with injecting tubes and supports for necks of flasks. Innovation of invention consists in availability of additional circulating pump connected to inner washing manifold; knife-type ultrasonic whistle is mounted in injecting tubes; mounted on injecting tubes are conical diffusers whose height may be adjusted relative to supports; they are also provided with drain tubes. Ultrasonic treatment in flow makes it possible to clean utensils of difficultly soluble dirt at high quality of washing. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of device due to enhanced efficiency of washing through extended technological capabilities; reduced power requirements and water consumption; avoidance of intermediate loading and unloading procedures; ease of automation of washing procedure. 2 dwg |
