FIELD: internal combustion engines; lubrication system. SUBSTANCE: device intended for fine cleaning of crankcase oil has housing and sludge chamber. Housing has hollow rotating shaft with set of blade wheels and screen on which dirt particles settle. It has also system of movable scrapers by means of which separated dirt is settled in sludge chamber. Dirt particles are settled under action of centrifugal forces appearing owing to high velocity of oil in clearance between rotor and screen. Oil is accelerated by blades of blade wheels rotating at high speed. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg |
