摘要

FIELD: honeycomb communication system. SUBSTANCE: proposed honeycomb communication system includes low-orbit satellites characterized by distribution of channels between users in cells. Each subscriber's device is programmed by class identifier entered into it. During periods when it is desirable to limit capture of satellite by some limited class or assemblage of classes, such as periods of usage with high load, satellite passes on list of identifiers of prohibited classes and allows access to communication system to unprohibited classes only. Method makes it possible to arrange operation of system of provision of access to users on basis of hierarchy of classes. Method employes data on load of cell in real time, information of previous load of cell based on previous experience. System may be programmed for possibility of limitation of access in favour of emergency radio communication in case of disaster. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of method.
