FIELD: mechanical engineering; robots; transportation of flat articles. SUBSTANCE: vacuum gripper has power cylinder in the form of one-way pneumatic cylinder whose piston working space is made for connection with excess pressure and is connected with sucker. Rod is connected with rod of additional one-way pneumatic cylinder whose housing is connected with mechanical arm, and piston working space is made for communication with excess pressure and with atmosphere. Sucker has central and peripheral working spaces. Central working space is connected with excess pressure through piston working space of pneumatic cylinder, and peripheral working space is connected with vacuum source. Sucker is spring-loaded relative to mechanical arm. EFFECT: increased speed of operation of vacuum gripper. |
