FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing having operation disks mounted on cutting and supporting shafts. The disks are coupled in pairs to form equal-sized circular disk shears having sharp disk of cutting shaft with transverse edge cuts and flat disk of supporting shaft. The device also has handle, gears, guide member and comb for removing perforated transplant collectable from separate thin plates. The thin plates are mounted between the cutting shaft operation disks without gap. Working contour of a thin plate is made in form of a part of circle with tangential to it. Fitting opening in thin plate has eccentricity relative to the axis of the circle defining the part of the working contour. Operation position lock of collectable comb is placed on the casing on the same side with transplant guide. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in manufacturing transplants. |
