FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: method comprises filling the engine cylinders with exhaust gases without fuel and air, compression of them up to a high temperature and supplying fresh air to the high temperature gases under a pressure drop. In so doing the pressure in the combustion chamber decreases resulting in temperature difference between high-temperature gases and oxygen in fresh air. Proportion to this value the rate of combustion and, hence, the engine power are increased. The device comprises two or several internal combustion engines. Exhaust gases of the first engine are used for the second engine which is provided with air from a receiver under a positive pressure. The air is mixed with the exhaust gases after the top dead center. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. |
