SUBSTANCE: device is provided with first and second converters of number, where m is operation modulus, to number [X/k], where k is internal modulus of device, first and second code converters of number S to number Xmod k, third and fourth decoders, second and third table computers, encoder. Each operand is determined k times and after result is found, it is augmented k times with appropriate correction depending on Amod and Bmod k relation (A and B are operands) which reduces amount of hardware required to implement device.
