FIELD: diving. SUBSTANCE: device has compressed air bottles 1 connected with pneumatic valve 14 by means of hose 13; pneumatic valve 14 is provided with air supply hose 16 feeding air from external source; compressed air bottles are connected by means of elbow, T-piece 3 fitted with shut-off valve 4 and coupling 5 on which reducer 8 is mounted which is connected with breathing demand valve by means of hose 10. Innovation of invention consists in stepped nipple fitted on coupling 5; larger stage of this nipple fays to inner surface and smaller stage forms circular passages with inner surface which is engageable with shut-off valve 4; reducer 8 is additionally provided with two low-pressure passages, spare pipe union and pipe union connected with hose 13. Coupling 5 is provided with central branch pipe on which elbow 7 holding reducer 8 is secured. Under normal conditions, air is fed from external source through hoses 16 and 13 via reducer 8 and through hose 10 to breathing demand valve 11. In an emergency, pneumatic valve 14 is automatically closed, diver opens valve 4 and shifts to breathing from bottles 1. Compressed air flows to reducer 8 through interior of nipple and circular passage through central branch pipe of coupling 5 and elbow 7, as a result, its pressure reduces. Air of required pressure enters breathing demand valve 11 via hose 10. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, compactness and simplification of construction. |
