FIELD: refrigerating and freezing engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat insulating system of junctions is made in form of vacuum chamber to reduce heat gain from hot junctions of thermocouples to cold ones. Vacuum chamber may be made in form of torus; walls of vacuum chamber are made from material possessing low coefficient of thermal conductivity, for example, glass or vacuum-tight ceramics. Vacuum chamber may be made in form of attachment unit of thermocouples. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
