PURPOSE: To provide an interval conversion device the distortion of whose output signal is less and of which the S/N ratio is excellent. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with an interval input means 4 inputting a target interval, an interpolation coefficient control means 14 outputting an interpolation coefficient based on the inputted target interval and an interval conversion means 3 adjusting a data length of an input digital signal so as to convert interval to the target interval and converting interval for the input digital signal by interpolating with the interpolation coefficient outputted from the interpolation coefficient control means 14.
