PURPOSE: To realize the motion detector in which the detector is fitted easily to an optional position of a display pattern of a display device and the motion in the display pattern is detected. CONSTITUTION: The detector is provided with a light receiving means 1 fitted to an optional position of a display pattern of an image display means to detect a change in an image display and detection means 4, 5, 6 providing an output of a detection signal in response to a change detected by the light receiving means 1. Then a motion is detected from a change in the image display at an optional position in the display image pattern. |
