摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To improve an electrostatic charge quantity, an electrostatic charge environmental stability, and a stability of the electrostatic charge quantity in repeated use inside a copying machine by containing toner grain consisting of a binding resin and a coloring agent and titania grain doped with metal. CONSTITUTION: Toner grain, which consists of a binding resin and a coloring agent, and titania grain doped with metal are contained. The metal doped titania grain can be formed by plasma, and aluminum is desirably used for doping metal. When the doping metal powder is added and mixed with titanium powder and they are blown into plasma such as an argon-oxygen atmosphere by means of conveying gas such as argon, material powder is evaporated in the plasma so as to be decomposed into a molecular level, and titanium, which is easily oxidized, reacts with oxygen at first so as to be formed into titania. As the titania grain is contained, an environmental stability is improved, and a narrow electrostatic charge distribution is provided under an environment ranging from a high temperature and high humidity one to a low temperature and low humidity one, while a stable electrostatic charge quantity can be maintained in long-term use, and as a result, a copied image with an excellent image quality can be provided.</p>
