CONSTITUTION: One common power supply switch 4 for use in supplying an electrical power from a power supply 3 to a plurality of devices 2 is turned off or on, a pattern corresponding to the number of times of turning off/on, or times is generated, this pattern is inputted to a micro-computer 8 supplied with electrical power from a back-up power supply 7, and then the micro-computer 8 changes over an operation mode of the device 2 under a comparison between the pattern and the pre-stored pattern.
