摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To provide a buried-object probing apparatus by which a buried object can be probed with high accuracy by a method wherein, when an underground constructed object is to be probed, only reflected waves regarding the buried object are displayed visually in a state that the probing apparatus is carried on a moving body such as a vehicle, a helicopter or the like. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a means 35 which detects the spatial distance and time from the reflected wave signal based on the first arrive reflected wave after the emission of electromagnetic waves, and generates a detection signal by the reflected wave signal whose spatial distance and time is the shortest. This apparatus is provided with a selective storage means 32 by which the reflected wave signal whose spatial distance and time until the first reflected wave arrives since the emission of the electromagnetic waves is the shortest, out of a detection signal from the spatial distance and time detection means 35, and a digitized signal output from a transmission-reception circuit 31, is stored as a vertical reflected wave signal.</p>
