<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently transmit data by making a 1st communication node(CN) on a transmission side stop transmission to a 2nd CN and perform retransmission once an interruption transmission request frame from a 3rd CN during the transmission of frames to the 2nd CN. CONSTITUTION: A node A receives a request-to-send frame B from a node B and is in process of sequential transmission of answer frames Aa to Az to the node B. If the node A receives a request-to-send frame C from the node C by interruption at the end of the transmission of the answer frames Aa to Ac, the node A quits the transmission of the answer frames Aa to Az to the node B on sending the frame Ac, and resends the answer frames from the starting frame Aa again to the nodes B and C. Consequently, the answer transmission to the nodes B and C can efficiently be performed without increasing the data traffic intensity on the communication line.</p> |
