PURPOSE: To form the bearing structure of the rotor shaft of a motor in one piece with a motor chassis. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical bearing housing part 31 is formed in one piece with a motor chassis 21 by deep-drawing machining and at the same time a plurality of foldable support pieces 31c are formed in cut and raise shape at the side of a lower edge cylindrical opening part 31a which is the base edge opening part of the bearing housing part 31, an oil-impregnated sintered bearing 32 is forced in and fixed into the bearing housing part 31, a thrust pad 33 is arranged at the lower side of the bearing 32 for bending the support piece 31c for supporting, and a rotor shaft 28 is inserted into the bearing 32 to cause an end face to contact the thrust pad 33 for supporting. |
