METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING DATA IN JOB PROCESS

PURPOSE: To transmit data without performing a destination-designating operation even if an unestablished part exists in data by judging the progress stage of a job process, judging a data item to be transmitted and a transmitting destination at the progress stage and transferring data to the data input/output device of the job processing section of the transmitting destination of the judged result. CONSTITUTION: A status setting block 201 sets the defined data of a status defined table defining the progress stage of a job process. A view item/ destination setting block 203 sets the defined data of the destination table defining a transmitting destination. A control block 220 judges the present progress stage of the job process and the transmitting destination of data according to the progress stage. A data transmitting block 222 reads the data of the data item required as the view item from a common DB 210 and transmits data to the input/output devices 231a to 231n of the set destination, based on the present progress stage judged by a status judgment block 221.
